Because this was a scan from a 3x5 original print in very poor condition, I didn't have a lot of material or data to work with after the scan, so I enlarged the scan, removed pits, scratches, dust, stains and fingerprints. I then used the head in the second scan to add more detail to the first print. Unfortunately I couldn't do much more with the quality, but there is at least a significant difference, and when printed the ink should lie on the paper in a much more pleasing manner than the original.
