The original print was a very unusual 6x8 size so it can print in full at any size that is a 3:4 ratio (9x12, etc.) with no cropping. Other traditional sizes (5x7, 8x10, etc.) will print fine, but there will be a little cropping on the left and right sides. There is a cropping tool at checkout so you can set it manually, or you can just leave it be.
I would recommend going with the luster finish, as that looks best with these kinds of photos.
For other sizes at different ratios here is a manual crop tool (it's the red box) in the checkout portion of the ordering process that will allow you to adjust it to exactly how you like it.
